NordVPN’s support page points to one true trial route: download its Android app from Google Play and activate the offer there. Google manages the subscription under its own terms, and NordVPN limits the offer to one free trial per customer.

That makes the Android route meaningfully different from the 30-day guarantee. No subscription charge should be taken during the trial itself, but the offer has a paid plan attached. Google Play says a trial subscription automatically begins its first billing period when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

3. Read the Google Play subscription screen. Confirm that it shows a free period, note the exact end date, and check the plan and amount that will be charged afterward.
